  1. All Americans have the inalienable right to protest. The 1st Amendment guarantees this right. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” The 1st Amendments prohibits the actions of the police against the Occupy Wall Streets protesters and any police action against any protester. Furthermore,
    8th Amendment ~ “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted.
    9th Amendment ~ “The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
    10th Amendment ~ “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
    14th Amendment ~ “Sect. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. 
    That being said the police are attacking, arresting and holding the protesters illegally. They are suppose to uphold the law – the supreme U.S. law is the United States Constitution. All police officers throughout the United States must take a sworn oath before they are authorized to perform the duties of a law enforcement officer. They must take this oath to do uphold the law without prejudice. Those who do not uphold the law dishonor their oath of office.
    In the United States the police officer’s oath originates within the United States Constitution (Appendix A). The title of executive officers mentioned in the constitution refers to police officers working under the executive branch of the government. In the United States Constitution under Article IV it states: “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution

    This is the ethics oath that police officers have to take on completions of diploma of police studies:
    “I do solemnly declare up on my honor and conscience that i will act at all times to the best of my ability and knowledge in a manner befitting a police officer.
    “I will preserve the dignity and will respect the rights of all individuals.
    “I will discharge my duties with integrity and will promote understanding and conciliation.
    “I will exercise my authority as a police officer in the manner intended by the law.
    “I will faithfully obey the orders of my superiors and will be ready to confront danger in the line of duty.
    “I will act with honesty, courtesy and regard for the welfare of others, and will endeavor to develop the esprit de corps.
    “I will act justly and impartially and with propriety towards my fellow officers.”
    The message in this oath is that our law enforcement officers are here to serve and protect the people of the community.
  2. The Federal Reserve is and always has been a blatant violation of the United States Constitution. Only the US Congress has the power “To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin,” The Congress had no authority whatsoever to relinquish that authority to the privately owned and unelected Federal Reserve.
    Therefore the New York City police should be marching into the Federal Reserve banks and arresting their CEOs not the Occupy Wall Street protesters. The Federal Reserve has and is committing major crimes against the United States and the United States people. They are illegally counterfeiting the U.S. dollar. The Congress should be issuing arrests warrants for the Federal Reserve bankers and their insider trader, former 9th President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and current Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner, as the Congress has the authority, granted only to them by the United States Constitution, to “To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;”
