Hearing Board Public Notice
The Zoning Hearing Board of Nether Providence Township will conduct a hearing on Monday October 21, 2013 at 7:30 pm in the Municipal Building, 214 Sykes Lane in Wallingford, PA to hear and consider the following application:
#13-11 – That of David and Jennifer DiGravio, 102 Emerald Street, Media, which is zoned an existing non-conforming use for a plumbing business. The applicant is requesting a variance under Section 300-48 to establish an additional apartment above the garages. In 2006, variance #06-15 was approved for the construction of the first apartment.
The property is zoned R-5 Residence District.
#13-12 – That of Kinder Park Housing Partnership I,L.P. One Brewery Place, 1301 North 31st St., Phila., Pa 19094 representing the Delaware County Housing Authority, requesting a variance from Section 300-8 to continue the multifamily use on the tract of land located at Bullens Lane and Constitution Avenue as zoned R-1 Residence District. If applicable, in addition to the request to continue the existing non-conforming use, variances are also requested as follows:
a. Variance from Section 300-9 (Lot Area)
b. Variance from Section 300-10 (Building Area and Impervious Surfaces)
c. Variance from Section 300-11 (Front Yards)
d. Variance from Section 300-12 (Side Yards)
e. Variance from Section 300-13 (Rear Yards)
The property is zoned R-1 Residence District
