As a follow up to yesterday’s email informing you of the recent burglaries in the 1st and 2nd Wards, the investigation is continuing to move forward as additional information is developed. Could you please circulate the message below to the email lists of your constituents. I would like to get as many eyes as possible out looking for this truck. We believe this truck and its occupants are the individuals responsible for the recent burglaries in the township. The Nether Providence Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a vehicle similar to the one depicted in the photograph. It is described as a 2000 Ford Ranger XLT Super cab, tan or gold in color, with a silver toolbox mounted in the bed of the truck. This vehicle has been seen in the area of several recent burglaries in the southern end of Nether Providence Township. If you see this vehicle in your neighborhood, you are encouraged to contact the Nether Providence Police Department immediately by dialing 911.
