PUBLIC NOTICE :: MEETINGS FOR 2013

NETHER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP

The Board of Commissioners will hold their 2013 public meetings as follows where any and all

business may take place:

A. Committee meetings on the 1st Thursday of each month at 7:30PM except for July

which will be 7/11. The dates are 1/3, 2/7, 3/7, 4/4, 5/2, 6/6, 7/11, 8/1, 9/5, 10/3,

11/7, 12/5.

B. Legislative meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:30PM. The dates are

1/10, 2/14, 3/14, 4/11, 5/9, 6/13, 7/11, 8/8, 9/12, 10/10, 11/14, 12/12.

C. If needed, another meeting will be held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at

7:30PM. The dates are 1/17, 2/21, 3/21, 4/18, 5/16, 6/20, 7/18, 8/15, 9/19, 10/17,

11/21, 12/19.

The Planning Commission will meet the 1st Monday of each month at 7:30PM except for

September which will be the 1st Tuesday 9/3. The dates are 1/7, 2/4, 3/4, 4/1, 5/6, 6/3, 7/1, 8/5,

9/3, 10/7, 11/4, 12/2.

The Zoning Hearing Board will hold their meeting on the third Monday of each month at 7:30

(2nd floor meeting room), except for January and February when it is the 2nd Monday of the

month. The dates are 1/14, 2/11, 3/18, 4/15, 5/20, 6/17, 7/15, 8/19, 9/16, 10/21, 11/18, 12/16.

The Environmental Advisory Committee meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month

at 7:30PM, except for January is Tuesday the 9th. The dates are 1/9, 2/5, 3/5, 4/2, 5/7, 6/4, 7/2,

8/6, 9/3, 10/1, 11/5, 12/3.

The Township Parks Commission will hold their meeting on the third Monday of each month at

7:30 (1st floor meeting room), except for January and February when it is the 2nd Monday of the

month. The dates are 1/14, 2/11, 3/18, 4/15, 5/20, 6/17, 7/15, 8/19, 9/16, 10/21, 11/18, 12/16.

The Township Sidewalk Committee will hold their meetings the 3rd Monday of each month (at

7:00 pm) except in January and February when it is the 2nd Monday of the month. The dates are

1/14, 2/11, 3/18, 4/15, 5/20, 6/17, 7/15, 8/19, 9/16, 10/21, 11/18, 12/16.

All of the meetings are held in the Township Building, 214 Sykes Lane, Wallingford, PA.
