Come hear energy efficiency expert Phil Coleman debunk myths about the energy we use to heat our homes AND nutrition and food systems expert Karen Shore speak about how to bring food to our table, while offering ideas on how to keep things as local and healthy as possible in the dead of winter!
Swarthmore Sustainable Table and aFewSteps.org will host an evening of idea-sharing and conversation on Thursday, December 1, 7:00 – 8:30 at Hobbs Coffee in Swarthmore.
