Santa Claus will be coming around this weekend, courtesy of the Garden City Fire Company.  The majority, if not all of the 5th Ward, will be done on Sunday usually in the early evening.  Now, with that said, In the event of a washout &  If it is postponed (which I will be notified), I will follow up with another email letting you know when they will be coming around.  Please let your neighbors know, as well, and have them email me to get on the email list for events like this.  Garden City Fire Company has a great tradition of presenting different themes each year when Santa Claus comes around.

Also, Dec 15th is the last day for leaf pickup.  I believe the 5th Ward is done, but they might be doing some last drive-by's. Your leaves should have been out already for pickup.  If you still have leaves to rake, you will have to bag them (like the big brown yard bag from Home Depot), and the township will pick the bags up.  Call the Nether Providence Township. Municipal  Building 610-566-4516 with any & all questions;   Open Monday-Friday : 9-5
